Social media can be time consuming and hard work but PSTM make light work of it. They are a delight to work with and provide a rewarding and enjoyable experience .

There's a real effort to match the tone of existing posts as well as focus on new / important things to be promoted rather than just spamming out the same thing again and again. There's different responses to different platforms and a clear plan. Jo's great to deal with and always supportive - I'd recommend her to all my students.

I came across ‘Piggy Saves The Market’ on Twitter over 10 years ago.
Back in the day, Twitter was so very different to how it is today and many friendships were made and real conversations had.

I have to admit, back then, I didn’t understand too much about social media marketing, so understanding what the ‘Piggies’ could offer was a little alien to me. I would ‘Tweet’ about we had been doing and the piggies would retweet it, happy days, I totally ignorant to how as a business it could help.

Then I had some health issues and needed to take some time out. Joanne and Lee from Piggy Saves The Market insisted on helping to keep our name out there while I was out of action and started to schedule some Tweets for me.

In the weeks that followed, customers calling were saying they had seen us on Twitter, and I knew that was thanks to the hard work by Joanne and Lee.

Next came our annual holidays, 2 weeks out of the country and we needed a break from the phones and everything business related. Jo suggested taking control of all of our social media accounts and managing them on our behalf, everything from promotional posts to replying to enquiries, so that we could enjoy our break.

When we returned, we were amazed at the high quality of the management that had occurred in our absence. All promo posts freshly written with a fresh outlook and they had really taken the time to understand not only our business, but our customers too!

Why would I not continue with this upon my return? I can get on with managing the business and let Jo do what she does best, let everyone know about it!

10 years later and Jo and Lee are still doing what they do best and so much more, having recently assisted with the development of our brand new website.

Having changed to a new web designer, we wanted a clean and modern website and Joanne has created for us completely new content and painstakingly scrutinised every word for grammar and spelling errors.

Her proof reading skills are excellent, picking up on the slightest mistake that I hadn’t even noticed myself!

To summarise, I don’t know how I would ever manage without my piggies, it really is like having extra staff working for you at only a fraction of the cost of employing an additional member of staff.

I have such a busy lifestyle that I don’t have time to post on social media, but knowing how important it is to get your business out there I turned to Piggy Saves The Market.
By doing this it allows me to concentrate on the creative side of my business and customer orders.
The service I received is second to none, they are so professional and totally on the ball.
Their attention to detail and personal approach is amazing.
I would highly recommend them to anyone either starting up a new business or expanding their current business.
