Terms of Service & Offers
- Acceptance of any offers or trials is the binding contract between PSTM and YOU the client.
- Should you cancel your offer or trial before the end of its duration YOU the client will become liable to pay the full service price to PSTM.
- PSTM will guarantee that your business will be seen across social media. This does not however, automatically guarantee sales.
- All Social Media set ups remain the property of PSTM until the balance has been paid.
- Websites designed by PSTM will remain the intellectual property of PSTM until the full website has been paid for.
- Content creation is charged independent of website design.
- Proofreading is charged independent of any other services offered.
- Content / proofreading must be paid up front unless otherwise agreed by PSTM.
- Promotional services will be specific to your business.
- Management services provided by PSTM will reflect your business and require an open line of communication between both parties.
- The onus lies with YOU the client to advise PSTM of any events or competitions you wish to run or promote.
- YOU the client are responsible for notifying PSTM if there is a specific happening to which you feel your business would benefit. This must be done in a timely manner to allow PSTM time to create posts to coincide with these.
- At PSTM we do not offer a SOLUS service for promotion or management. We will however, ensure that we do not post adverts that will put you in direct competition with other businesses in your sector.
- We will not tolerate any form of abuse towards staff or representatives of PSTM. Should this occur any contracts will be immediately cancelled and no refunds will be given.
- Any complaints must be made in writing to PSTM and we will always endeavour to resolve this in a timely manner.
- Most promotion / management packages are on a monthly basis. Unless otherwise arranged with PSTM any services cancelled mid month are non refundable.
- PSTM reserve the right to refuse service to any business we feel would pose a threat or problem to our business.
- Any requests for a refund must be in writing and contain a full breakdown of the problems. Only once all avenues have been exhausted in trying to resolve these, will one be issued.
Where we will always endeavour to get you the best insights and analytics, we cannot be held responsible for lower results when we are doing “promotional” only management.
This service does not include PSTM interacting as you.
Therefore, keeping your audience engaged is YOUR responsibility.
